Description and responsibilities

  • Handling daily order entry, processing, and expedition of orders
  • Monitoring production statuses
  • Responding to customer requests and inquiries
  • Coordinating special shipping instructions with the Shipping Department
  • Understanding the language of international business, including a letter of credit, proforma, CADs (Cash Against Documents), certificate of origin, and export freight terms
  • Independent and structured way of working.
  • Advanced computer skills/proficiency in MS Word, Excel, TEAMS, and Microsoft Office
  • Assisting the global sales team with various functions

Your profile

  • Excellent verbal and written skills in French and fluency in English; knowledge of German is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or similar educational background
  • At least one year of international customer service experience
  • Good organization and capability of handling a variety of issues and assignments
