Our client is an internationally known Norwegian manufacturer of prams and baby furniture, with products sold in over 50 countries and a reputation for innovative designs in the children's furniture sector. Over the years, our client has manufactured and designed a wide range of furniture, paying particular attention to ergonomics, uniqueness, and functionality.

They are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative - French speaking (m/f/d) for their Sindelfingen office.

Description and responsibilities

Providing exceptional service to customers and retailers, fostering strong relationships and a lasting positive impact.
Offering comprehensive support, covering “Order desk” tasks, product support, and administrative duties.
Ensuring accurate customer data maintenance in ERP (M3) and CRM (SF) systems.
Managing order reception, processing, and tracking via phone, email, chat, and social media.
Overseeing order registration, shipment, and invoicing in Demandware, Altapay, and M3 systems.
Handling invoicing, credit notes, transport, product claims, returns, and exchanges.
Engaging in varied administrative team responsibilities.
Collaborating across company functions to fulfill unique customer needs.
Adapting to support other markets within an international, multilingual team.

Your profile

Commercial Education
First experience in a Customer Service role
Excellent French and fluency in English are a must
Strong service mentality, ready to implement the visions, philosophies, and strategies of the company
Interest in working with and supporting international teams
Ability to work independently
