Description and responsibilities

Handling daily order entry, processing, and expedition of orders
Monitoring production statuses
Responding to customer requests and inquiries
Coordinating special shipping instructions with the Shipping Department
Understanding the language of international business, including a letter of credit, proforma, CADs (Cash Against Documents), certificate of origin, and export freight terms
Independent and structured way of working.
Advanced computer skills/proficiency in MS Word, Excel, TEAMS, and Microsoft Office
Assisting the global sales team with various functions

Your profile

Excellent verbal and written skills in French and fluency in English; knowledge of German is a plus
Bachelor's degree or similar educational background
At least one year of international customer service experience
Good organization and capability of handling a variety of issues and assignments
