As a Territory Sales Manager with a focus on the Barcelona & Valencia Region (m/f/d), you drive B2B engagement with potential clients to boost demand and product awareness, while actual purchases are made through authorized resellers or distributors (channel sales).

Description and responsibilities

  • Achieving sales targets within your designated territory.
  • Cooperating and boosting sales with existing strategic partners.
  • Facilitating end-user visits/demonstrations and supporting installations in the territory.
  • Cultivating relationships with key organizations and developing new accounts.
  • Utilizing company support and tools across departments to surpass objectives.
  • Enhancing sales in the healthcare vertical market and aligning company offerings with healthcare facility needs.
  • Creating and executing a strategic sales plan to broaden the customer base and ensure a strong market presence.
  • Developing and closing end-user opportunities alongside resellers and distributors.
  • Providing sales progress reports and contributing to sales forecasts.
  • Sharing expertise and knowledge with the team.
  • Maintaining accurate sales data in systems such as Salesforce for operational efficiency.
  • Performing additional tasks as needed.
  • Supporting initiatives for continuous process improvement and waste elimination.
  • Traveling frequently within the Barcelona & Valencia area and occasionally to other areas within Spain.

Your profile

  • Bachelor/Master’s degree, commercial education.
  • Several years experience in B2B sales.
  • Proven track record in business development/account management, preferably in a Healthcare environment.
  • Familiar with the healthcare market in Iberia.
  • Good understanding of indirect sales models and distribution channels.
  • Very strong interpersonal communication skills and excellent negotiator.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and highly self-motivated.
  • Willing to travel in the Iberia region.
  • Fluent in Catalan, Spanish and English. Knowledge of the Portuguese language is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), Oracle and Salesforce.
  • Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the job as described to you for the position.
