Our client is an industry leader in compounding and extrusion, feeding and weighing, bulk material handling and service, with entities in several locations across the globe. The company is currently looking for a Service Technician for their business unit "feeder" BeNeLux (m/f/d) for their Repair & Field Service team.

Description and responsibilities

  • Performing feeder gearbox revisions & other feeder service work
  • Providing customers with excellent service & commissioning as well in the workshop but also on-site
  • Feeder service at customer sites
  • Feeder startups at customer sites
  • Feeder inspection, repair & revision at
  • Reporting of service jobs
  • 50% field work

Your profile

  • Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
  • Knowledge of German would be an asset but not mandatory
  • Secondary education (electrical)
  • Several years of experience as an electrical technician/service engineer, etc.
  • Experience with feeders / pneumatic transport systems would be an asset
  • Experience with standard MS software products
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Pro-active
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Eager to learn
  • Willingness to assume responsibility
  • Willingness to travel, up to 50%, sometimes to France/Germany
