Office Management Specialist (m/f/d) for a period of three years as a pregnancy replacement.

Description and responsibilities

  • Supporting CEO and CFO in daily office topics and administrative tasks
  • Assisting the management in organization of corporate calendar, scheduling meetings, team buildings etc.
  • Ensuring smooth operation of our office on day-to-day basis and ordering office supplies
  • Invoice Management (scanning and verifying invoices, verifying company expences, such as travel, fuel, credit cards etc.)
  • Contract Management (scanning, copying, archiving documents)
  • Payment and Purchase Order Management
  • Dealing with correspondence
  • Attending board meetings, taking meeting minutes and administration of measure tracking
  • Organization of company events
  • Cooperating with Communication Specialist regarding both internal and external communication
  • Facility operation tasks (support of Facility Manager, mainly company cars maintenance responsibilities)

Your profile

  • Fluency in both Czech and English (written and verbal) is a necessary base
  • Driving licence group B
  • Excellent MS Office (mainly PowerPoint and Excel) and presentation skills
  • Highly professional and consistent communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate independence in tasks, showcasing initiative and accountability in daily responsibilities
  • Detail-oriented and accurate stance
  • Aptitude to prioritize
  • Creativity in both internal and external communication
  • Availability to work hybrid
