Description and responsibilities

We are looking for passionate customer oriented individuals who will assist our client's customers in their travels - whether on their way to holiday, visiting family or on business trips.

Most customers calls are about:
  • Flight or booking details
  • Company's policy and guarantee

Sometimes customers might find themselves stranded at the airport not knowing what to do - your task is then to help them to still make it to their family, wedding, holiday, job interview, business meeting, or whatever their destination is.

You will provide the customers with answers, support and solutions, while going the extra mile to ensure an extraordinary customer experience.

Your profile

  • Minimum C1, ideally C2 knowledge of German and English, both in spoken and written form
  • Experience in customer service is an advantage
  • Personality skills fitting customer service environment
  • Willingness to work in shifts, regular working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 - 17 o'clock
  • Standard computer skills, advanced searching skills
