Our client is building up a Network Assistance Center in Portugal that will provide after sales services to their dealers network in 15 different countries across Europe. In this vacancy you will do 1st level support to retailers, provide After Sales services for the passenger car business unit and also other wide ranges of services.

Description and responsibilities

  • Providing technical support to the network
  • Managing technical product issues
  • Taking care of and updating technical information files, doing research and drawing up technical literature
  • Participating in technical trainings
  • Supervising the technical network and report to the responsible manager
  • Acting as an interface to the technical department

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in the automotive area and/or have working experience (for example as a car mechanic) in the automotive area
  • Solid level of IT skills (Microsoft Office)
  • You speak English at a proficiency level
  • You are (near) native in German
  • You are open for traveling
