Our customer is an international company from the insurance industry. More than 100 employees from various countries are employed at their headquarters in Berlin. In order to further expand their business they are now looking for a Senior Sales Manager (m/f/d).

Description and responsibilities

As a Senior Sales Manager you are selling and advising on cutting-edge digital insurance solutions to key stakeholders of small and larger banks, fin-techs, OEMs and e-commerce partners.

Main responsibilities are:
  • Acquiring new B2B partners
  • Being a consultant for potential partners about the ideal integration of the technical solution into their system as well as for the right insurance product
  • Negotiating contracts with potential partners
  • Negotiating insurance offerings and setups with insurance companies
  • Working on projects with sales-cycles varying from 6-12 months
  • Attending conferences and fairs

Your profile

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B sales
  • Experience with long sales cycles - Background and experience in the field of Insurance, Finance and / or E-commerce is a big advantage
  • Independence, drive, ability to bring new clients
  • Willingness to travel (up to 40%)
  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
  • Technical knowledge
