Description and responsibilities

  • Overseeing the provision of timely and accurate payroll services and administration for 1000 EMEA and APAC based employees working closely with the local HR/Finance
  • Being a contact person for employees in all questions regarding payslips, income tax and social security law
  • Working with health insurance companies, insurance companies, offices and authorities (e.g. for company pension schemes BAV)
  • Ensuring data integrity and deliver accurate and timely reports by adhering to Finance, Auditing and general business requirements (e.g. vacation and bonus provisions)
  • Managing relocation bonus processes
  • Working as part of the global HR team to contribute to and develop global HR policies, processes, initiatives and services
  • Driving improvements and establishing best-in-class processes for payroll and related programs which meet jurisdictional audit and compliance requirements, deliver outstanding employee support and enable our global expansion programs
  • Controlling and administering all global HR systems, experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage
  • Managing expats international assignments of employees across all regions

Your profile

  • Solid and proven experience in payroll operations and end-to-end payroll in a global organization especially for process in Germany, Greece, Australia
  • Extremely customer-driven, with the motivation to improve employee experiences across the globe
  • Ability to build effective work relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated experience working with multiple payroll providers across different geographies
  • Comprehensive approach to managing HR processes from end to end; administrative to higher level
  • Proven experience in managing HR/payroll related projects
  • HRIS and system management experience
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Fluent German and English, Greek is a plus
