Our client is a well-known medical device company operating in the design, manufacture, worldwide sales, and marketing of innovative noninvasive monitoring solutions. The key to their success is a modern competitive product and motivated workforce that offer innovative solutions to enhance patient outcomes and minimize the cost of care. At the moment they are looking for a Key Account Manager (m/f/d) who is responsible to initiate and strengthen partnerships with home care providers and develop the Home & Telehealth revenue in the Alternate Care area in France.

Description and responsibilities

  • Developing our client's portfolio funnel & revenues with Home Care Providers
  • Leading pre-sales/sales of Strategic deals in France
  • Referencing the Home-Telehealth solution within the largest Home Care Providers
  • Meeting the technician referral in the region to turn opportunities into sustainable and profitable sales
  • Implementing the Home-Telehealth Solution sales guidance/processes
  • Business & Commercial Activation plan
  • Competition & Market analysis
  • Creating and maintaining a reliable SalesForce database
  • Working closely with the Country Manager France, Strategic Director EMEA Home & Telehealth, and EMEA Marketing team
  • Working with Acute Care Team and Clinical Field Engineers Automation & Home Specialist to support customer needs pre and post-sale
  • Supporting local, regional, national trade shows as necessary
  • Must be able to travel at least 60% of the time

Your profile

  • Excellent communication skills in French and English (both oral and writing)
  • Bachelor's degree is required. MBA desired
  • Extensive Experience with Home Care Providers and especially in the respiratory field (cardiology a plus), strong knowledge of the home care providers C-Suite and technical referral in the regions
  • Knowledge of the KOL in the respiratory area (cardiology a plus)
  • Consultant approach in identifying stakeholder challenges and proposing the right solution
  • Ability to coordinate a non-direct team to implement the solution
  • Experiences in Sales / Pre-sales activities
  • An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities
  • Capacity to adapt communication (CxO talking, IT dept, Doctors/Nurses, Technical referral and Engineering team)
  • Service and Solution selling mindset
  • Team Player; with a history of successful collaboration
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • A plus, knowledge in Informatics (Infrastructure, Network, Database,…, Cloud Computing) and/or Hospital Information Technology and/or in Medical devices
