Our client is an internationally operating company with headquarters in Ulm in the south of Germany. For their strategic market in Poland and Russia, we are looking for an Inside Sales Executive (m/f/d) with Polish and Russian who is interested in pursuing a career in international B2B digital printing machine sales.

Description and responsibilities

As an Inside Sales Executive you are responsible for the performance of all sales activities in Poland and Russia. Your mission is to drive demand and revenue around our client’s product portfolio (digital printing machines) into potential business accounts and perform against sales goals. Your working place will be in Ulm, based on a 40 hours’ week from Mondays to Fridays.
  • Proactive outbound calling into the Polish- and Russian-speaking market within the corporate and enterprise sector in terms of finding new sales opportunities
  • Relationship building towards key decision makers whilst listening and understanding of customers' businesses, requirements and needs
  • Presenting the product / service of our client in a structured and professional way
  • Arranging qualified leads and meetings with potential business customers
  • Establishing a sales pipeline and document your results in our client‘s CRM system
  • Following up on initial conversations / schedule follow up activities
  • Driving demand and revenue within the accounts and performing against sales goals
  • Gathering market and customer information and feeding future buying trends back to our client
  • Attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues

Your profile

  • Ideally you are a recent graduate or a 2nd jobber with sales experience and you genuinely feel that you have what it takes to make it as a top Inside Sales Executive (m/f/d)
  • Fluent communication skills in Polish and Russian (both C1-C2), written and verbally
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience working on the Polish and/ or Russian market
  • High quality interpersonal skills
  • Strong work ethic and “can do” attitude, based on razor-sharp focus on achieving the business objective
  • Strong general business and commercial "intellect", and the right instinct to do the right thing in any given instance, ask the right questions and to leverage this accordingly
