Our client provides high-value promotional products for businesses and professionals in every industry at low factory direct pricing. Originally, the company is from the United States with its European HQ in Dundalk, Ireland.

Currently, the company is looking to hire a German-speaking In-house Recruiter (m/f/d) to expand their international team.

Description and responsibilities

As In-house Recruiter, you will be responsible for all aspects of recruiting especially for the German market:
  • Optimizing the existing recruitment process
  • Organizing trade (online) fairs (from research to participation)
  • Developing and implementing innovative, cost-effective candidate sourcing solutions to ensure a sufficient pipeline of candidates
  • Creating job descriptions, interview questions, and role plays
  • Creating and maintaining job postings based on recruitment tools and other country-specific job boards, various user groups to identify and conducting productive conversations with candidates
  • Managing relationships with recruitment preferred suppliers and other external organizations
  • Filtering job applications, telephone screening, and face-to-face competence interviews
  • Extending and negotiating offers, managing subsequent employment contract generation
  • Communicating results and organize start dates with client and candidate
  • Maintaining the recruitment database to ensure information is current and provides timely information for KPIs

Your profile

  • Excellent German skills, fluency in English
  • Social media networking experience with tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster etc.
  • International and especially German recruitment experience specifically with multilingual roles
  • Experience working with job-boards, CV databases, internet search tools and writing job advertisements
  • A few years of experience in an agency, on-site, in-house customer-facing recruitment position
  • Excellent IT skills such as Microsoft Office products and Taleo
  • Communication skills - particularly the ability to build relationships across departments internally as well as with third-party partners externally
  • Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently
  • Problem solver with a burning desire to contribute to the organization’s reputation and success
