Our client is a well-known company operating in the design, manufacture, worldwide sales and marketing of innovative noninvasive monitoring solutions. The key to their success is a modern competitive product and a motivated workforce that offer innovative solutions to enhance patient outcomes and minimize the cost of care. At the moment they are looking for a 1-year maternity leave substitute to work as a Customer Support Specialist (m/f/d) for the German market.

Description and responsibilities

  • Taking care of order processing and completing sales cycle with the help of a CRM system
  • Supporting customers over the telephone and doing consulting to find the best solution
  • Supporting the sales representatives
  • Processing of customer complaints, goods returns, credit notes
  • Following-up of delivery backlogs
  • Taking over organizational activities

Your profile

  • Commercial training, bachelor's degree or comparable qualification; career changers from the medical field are also welcome
  • A few years of Customer Support experience
  • Distinct customer and service orientation, as well as sales-oriented behavior
  • Professional experience in customer service and/or sales of medical products is desirable
  • Very good written and oral communication skills in German (C2) and English (C1)
  • Good MS-Office skills
