Our client is a leader in Industrial precision solutions, fluid management, and related technologies operating in 30 countries. They are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist - German (m/f/d) to support the recruitment activities for their European teams. This position is based in Erkrath, but it is also possible to work from Maastricht's office.

Description and responsibilities

  • Advising and supporting managers on all recruitment issues
  • Carrying out recruitment activities from job posting to hiring for all open positions in EMEA in coordination with the specialist departments
  • Developing appropriate sourcing strategies and selecting suitable recruitment channels including direct contact with suitable talent
  • Personnel marketing on various social networks such as LinkedIn, Xing, etc ., job fairs, recruitment agencies, and the employment agency, professional associations, and social media
  • Creating target group-oriented publications and maintenance of job advertisements
  • Pre-selecting (screening and reviewing of application documents) and recommendation of qualified candidates to the hiring manager
  • Initiating and conducting interviews with applicants, including organising the various interview panels, and communicating with applicants
  • Overseeing projects
  • Onboarding
  • Collaborating with the HR Service Centre

Your profile

  • University degree or comparable training
  • Few years of experience in recruiting and active sourcing
  • Fluent German (C2) and English (C1) in writing and speaking
  • Good knowledge of current trends in recruiting and applicant management
  • Affinity for social media
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Knowledge of the personnel management system Workday would be an advantage
  • High degree of customer and service orientation
  • High level of social competence and empathy
  • High level of organisational skills
  • Willingness to take responsibility and flexibility
