Our client, the world leader in the manufacture, distribution, and service of electronic test tools and software, is looking for a new team member to support its growth - a Talent Acquisition Specialist - English & German (m/f/d) in Berlin. You will play a key role in our client's success by ensuring that the right talent is in the right job at the right time. You will take part in driving focused innovation to increase our client's competitiveness in a dynamic talent market focusing on EMEA.

Description and responsibilities

  • Full cycle recruiting: leading the end-to-end recruitment and selection process (including candidate assessment through application screening and interviewing to job offer and salary negotiations, etc.)
  • Partnering with hiring managers, business leaders and HR business partners to identify staffing needs, translate them into effective recruitment strategies and advise on labour market trends
  • Implementing a variety of strategies to attract, source and engage talent through online channels (e.g., social media networks), referral programs and career fairs among others
  • Collaborating on global TA projects to continuously improve our internal workflows, customer experience and recruitment marketing efforts
  • Getting the opportunity to build solid relationships with key stakeholders and guide hiring in alignment with business strategy and market trends
  • Working in a driven and hard-working team with a diverse set of backgrounds
  • Working very closely with our client's counterparts in the US and developing Talent Acquisition as a center of expertise within our client's company

Your profile

  • A Bachelor/Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • At least one year of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition
  • Proficiency in both English and German
  • Experience working in an electronic manufacturing company is preferred
  • Proactive, creative, and out-of-the-box problem solver
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team within a complex organization, dealing with various collaborators
