Our Client has one of the biggest Healthcare platforms worldwide. Making it easy for patients as well as for Doctors to focus on the relevant things, the people's health. Currently, they are expanding their HR department in Germany and therefore our client needs a Senior Recruiter (m/f/d). The position is based in Munich, Berlin or home office.

Description and responsibilities

  • Hiring world-class talent and a lot of it
  • Focusing on the quality of hire and ensuring that the recruitment process assesses candidates in a fair and effective manner
  • Revolutionising processes and sharing best practices with the whole team
  • Building a strong trusted advisor relationship with hiring managers to drive recruiting success
  • Creating and enhancing a consistent and extraordinary candidate experience
  • Making an impact scaling our client's Sales, CS, Marketing, and other business functions
  • Bringing talent that fits our Client's culture

Your profile

  • Business Fluent in German and upper-intermediate in English
  • Several years experience as a Recruiter with a track record of hiring outstanding talent for a fast-growing company
  • Experience in hiring operational roles (sales, marketing, customer success, finance ... )
  • A real passion for Talent Acquisition
  • Experience in dealing with high volume hiring with strict deadlines
  • Ownership when it comes to an end to end recruitment, building stakeholder relationships, and updating senior management
  • Amazing collaboration skills and someone who has a sense of humor, our Client deals with a very fast pace so they like to have fun along the way
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure, capable of adapting and responding to change
