Our client is the leader in precision dispensing, fluid management, and related technologies operating in 30 countries. The company is currently looking for a Payroll Accountant (m/f/d) with experience in Dutch payroll accounting. In this position, you have the possibility of working hybrid. As a member of our client's team, the "Time to Payment team," you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment where your ideas and contributions will be valued and respected. Your future team is responsible for administering timekeeping activities and ensuring the correct European payroll process to satisfy our clients' customers.

Description and responsibilities

  • Processing payroll including all necessary follow-up activities in Europa.
  • Communicating and exchanging data with external payroll providers.
  • Maintaining master data and managing wage accounts.
  • Creating certificates of merit and conducting statistical surveys.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and fiscal requirements.
  • Acting as a contact person and participating in audits by the tax office, the pension insurance, the professional association, and accountants.
  • Contacting and assisting employees with payroll-related questions.
  • Creating reports for other departments involved.
  • Preparing payroll-related accruals.
  • Following internal audit processes to ensure the accuracy of monthly payrolls.
  • Supporting projects.





Your profile

  • Experience in Dutch payroll accounting.
  • Completed payroll-related commercial or similar qualifications.
  • Knowledge of social security and tax issues and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Analytical thinking.
  • Good English skills because of international payroll responsibilities.
  • Having a service-orientated mindset.
  • Being able to communicate with all levels within an international organization.
