Our client is a start-up company in the field of quantum technology based in Ulm. The company uses the latest developments in quantum physics to apply conventional magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) to study human metabolism better. The most critical applications for hyperpolarised MRI are advanced cancer diagnostics and investigating the effectiveness of therapies shortly after they have begun. Our client's ultimate objective is to leverage quantum technologies to achieve the "holy grail" of medical imaging - imaging of the metabolism in real-time, enabling early diagnosis and personalized treatment of cancer, cardiovascular diseases, and neurological disorders. The international team includes 50 specialists, product developers and world-leading scientists from ten countries. Due to strong growth, the company is looking for support in the R&D department and is looking for a Chemical Engineer (m/f/d).
