The company is looking for a Sales Support & Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d) to assist its international clients from the Unterensingen office.

Description and responsibilities

Handling daily order entry, processing, and expedition of orders.
Monitoring production statuses.
Responding to customer requests and inquiries.
Coordinating special shipping instructions with the Shipping Department.
Independent and structured way of working.
Assisting the global sales team with various functions.
Understanding the language of international business, including a letter of credit, proforma, CADs (Cash Against Documents), certificate of origin, and export freight terms.
Provide support to our national and international trade partners and field sales representatives via phone and email.
Manage order processing from entry to delivery, acting as a liaison between customers, warehouse/shipping, and production.
Prepare quotations and ensure accurate documentation of deliveries in compliance with export regulations.
Correspond fluently in both German and English.

Your profile

Manage partner relationships: You'll provide support to our retail partners and field staff through phone and email, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
Order management: From entry to delivery, you'll oversee the order fulfillment process, ensuring a smooth operation and timely delivery.
Liaison work: Act as a vital link between customers and internal teams, including warehouse, shipping, and production, to facilitate effective communication and operations.
Proposal development: Prepare detailed proposals tailored to customer requirements.
Documentation preparation: Handle the creation of shipping documents, ensuring compliance with relevant export regulations.
Bilingual correspondence: Engage in correspondence with stakeholders in both German and English, maintaining clarity and professionalism in communication.
