Over 2 billion people use our client's software! Do you want to work for a hip company in a great international atmosphere? We are looking for an E-Commerce Growth Analytics Manager (m/f/d), who would be part of an international team in a rapidly growing environment.

The contract location would be Stuttgart Area, Karlsruhe, Bremen, Berlin or Munich. Hybrid working model up to 60% home office from Germany. Additionally, our client offers a work-from-abroad program allowing up to 40 working days abroad.

Description and responsibilities

  • Owning and driving the growth of the eCommerce business and being accountable for revenue generated via the webshop
  • Analyzing the performance and uncovering opportunities to improve the conversion rate and revenue of the company
  • Finding patterns in lead and customer data to inform targeting, segmentation, and revenue-increasing strategies
  • Owning the data and analysis for growth funnels, channels & markets
  • Analyzing markets performance and identifying growth opportunities (e.g. scale, optimize, invest market approach)
  • Identifying opportunities within the company's ecosystem based on the type of users (free users, paid users)
  • Advocating for web visitors by learning which personas are getting stuck where
  • Identify opportunities for up-selling, cross-selling & other tactics based on the market behaviour and needs

Your profile

  • Fluency in English, and German is a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or a related field
  • Advanced knowledge in Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics, Tableau, and Excel is a must
  • Experience in Website merchandising data analytics (including page effectiveness, journey optimization, product, and content placement optimization, site friction points, traffic, conversion metrics, etc.)
  • Observant and passionate about challenges, not afraid to question the status quo
  • Analytical mind and being able to find patterns in data to predict performance and determine the best course of action
