Our client is the leading international online supplier of lamps and luminaires in Europe. Altogether, the company has seventeen online shops in different European countries, and they are growing continuously. This is why the company would like to add extra expertise to the Social Media team with an International Social Media Paid Ads Specialist (m/f/d) in Prague.

Description and responsibilities

Building and implementing paid social media campaigns across the world on multiple platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc
Creating, managing, and optimizing campaigns including campaign/ad set/audience structure, running A/B tests, and improving campaign performance
Establishing key metrics and benchmarks for measuring the effectiveness of each paid social media program and providing regular performance reports
Working closely with marketing leads, SEA team, and other Social Media Managers to set performing international paid social campaigns
Supporting international countries with additional social media tasks or special projects or requests beyond paid
Keeping up with social media trends, adopting international best practices, and using innovative tools

Your profile

Few years of relevant work experience as a Social Media Paid Ads Specialist
Fluency in English is mandatory, and any other European language is a plus
Data-driven individual with demonstrated ability to analyze data for insights using Facebook analytics and other third-party apps such as Google Analytics
Proven success in creating and developing paid social campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest, among others
Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish productive working relationships with people from different teams and languages
Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently
