Our client's software is used by over 2 billion people! Do you want to work for a cutting-edge company in an international setting? Our client is looking for an Account Manager (m/f/d) for their Dutch market who enjoys working in an international team and in a fast-paced environment where no year is the same.

Description and responsibilities

  • Being responsible for consultative solution selling, winning new enterprise accounts, and growing existing business with our client’s solutions in order to meet and exceed revenue and profit targets
  • Engaging customers proactively with a consultative, solution-orientated approach and discovering new opportunities by listening to customers intensely and articulating the value proposition of our client’s solutions clearly
  • Establishing and nurturing strong relations with enterprise customers and key decision-makers, preparing masterful client presentations, and coordinating effective meetings
  • Applying both tactical and strategic go to market models aimed at growing the customer base both in the short and long terms to drive higher revenues, customer growth, and customer retention
  • Driving our client’s brand with customers, prospects as well as alliance partners through participation and exposure at various industry events
  • Supporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecast process, including pipeline analysis, data validation, and identifying gaps and actions required
  • Collaborating across all internal teams and resources to ensure you bring the best solution to the company’s clients

Your profile

  • Fluent in Dutch and English both written and oral, additional languages are a plus
  • Several years of experience in technology-related sales or business development selling software/SaaS platform products to enterprise customers or large organizations
  • Great communication, presentation and negotiation skills with prospective customers as well as VP and C-level executives
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical, and collaboration skills
  • Highly motivated individual who is results-driven and with a desire to win
  • Very strong work ethic and a hunter sales mentality
  • Proven ability to work independently and make decisions
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with an understanding of the dynamics of a high-growth company and the ability to multi-task in a rapidly changing environment
