Our client is a worldwide popular car manufacturer and its Customer Service Center is the central point of contact in Europe, caring for the needs of current and prospective customers. Their value prepositions are fascination, perfection, responsibility and quality. For their User-Helpdesk, they are currently seeking to hire a Technical Support Representative (m/f/d) with German in Maastricht.

Description and responsibilities

  • Resolving incoming support requests, incidents and problems in German
  • Resolution of issues in the field of car diagnosis hardware, software, flashing and portal support for workshops, car dealers and company internal departments
  • Appropriate usage of available resources and documentation of business related activities in relevant system (e.g. ticketing system)
  • Identifying and escalating complex issues were necessary
  • Proactively and continuously monitoring workload to ensure timely investigation and response to support requests

This is a full-time position (40 h/ week) with working hours between Monday - Friday, occasionally also Saturdays with shifts between 7:00 - midnight.

Your profile

  • Excellent communication skills in German, written and verbally
  • Good knowledge of the English language
  • Other languages are a plus
  • Experience in customer support/ problem solving business processes
  • High affinity with IT
  • Preferably affinity with car trade, technology and/ or electronic equipment
  • Ability to identify, analyse and resolve problems over the phone with involved partners
  • Understanding of the relationship between internal and external processes and how tools and support systems interact
  • Computer literacy (MS Office)
