Description and responsibilities

  • Partnering with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement
  • Understanding the entire talent eco-system and each stage of the employee lifecycle
  • Applying talent/HR programs to support these stages of the employee lifecycle
  • Keeping on top of the business priorities and adapting your focus areas to best support the managers with these
  • Successfully monitoring the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement
  • Managing the talent and succession process, working with managers to identify high potentials and succession to ensure the business is future-proofed and that people are developed in line with business needs
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement, responding to market and industry changes
  • Managing compensation review processes to ensure fairness and consistency across the organization
  • Acting as one of the senior members of the team, helping to set the tone and direction of the HR agenda
  • Providing the necessary support, follow up, and leadership to ensure the team achieves desired results

Your profile

  • Several years of human resource business partner experience or blend of operations and HR
  • A completed Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university preferably in OD, psychology or business management
  • Demonstrate a flexible skillset, including the ability to think strategically, execute tactically, and collaborate across many teams and levels within our organization
  • High level of skill and experience in performance management, employee development, and change management
  • Ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels
  • Previous experience of the German labor law is highly respected
  • Professionalism, passion for HR and people related topics, and desire to make a difference
  • The ability to work within a high growth, rapidly changing, and matrix environment
  • Experience working in IT/SaaS company supporting 250-500 employees
  • Working closely with Product Management and Marketing functions in a global environment would be advantageous
  • Fluency in English (C1) and in German is preferable, further languages are a plus
