Our client is a globally operating premium distributor specializing in steel pipes and tubes, pipe-fittings and accessories. For their branch in Helsinki we are currently looking for a Sales Manager (m/f/d).

Description and responsibilities

  • Responsibility for the full sales cycle, from sales prospecting to closing the deal
  • Responsibility for the coordination of the orders and for monitoring the delivery process
  • Consulting and supporting customers on an on-going basis
  • Meeting with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of the company’s relationship with them
  • Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies and programmes
  • Validation and preparation of invoices
  • Preparing evaluations and analyses

This is a full-time position (40 h/ week) from Monday-Friday.

Your profile

  • 2+ years of experience in sales
  • Experienced in working with MS-Office and merchandise management systems; knowledge in working with NAVISION is an advantage
  • Good language skills in Finnish (C2) and English (C1), both written and spoken
  • Additional German skills are an advantage
  • Team player, conceptual thinker and structured working methods
  • Fast learner, highly motivated and strong analytical skills
