Our client is the world-class provider of personalized promotional products that help businesses promote themselves and increase customer loyalty.
Originally, the company is from the United States with its European HQ in Dundalk, Ireland. Currently, the company is looking to hire a Key-Account Manager (m/f/d) for the DACH region.

Description and responsibilities

  • Achieving KPI’s such as revenue, margins, growing accounts, contact lists, and number of distributor meetings
  • Identifying product and marketing trends to improve our merchandising strategies in Germany
  • Prioritizing distributor accounts and build meaningful relationships with key partners
  • Utilizing Salesforce to help manage your daily activities for sales opportunities and growth
  • Spending frequent time on the road for in-person meetings with distributor partners
  • Representing our client at key industry virtual and in-person shows
  • Working side by side with your DACH support teams to deliver the best solutions
  • Presenting to the leadership team on progress
  • Learning and maintaining in-depth knowledge of our client, industry trends, and competitors

Your profile

  • Several years experience in the promotional products industry (Distributor and/or Supplier) within the DACH market
  • Capable of building new key relationships and utilizing your strong existing network
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Great teammate who can work well across a global organization
  • Positive mentality to work closely with leadership team to inspire change, continuous improvement and engagement throughout our organization
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and time critical commitments
  • Strong computer skills
  • Fluent in both German and English; written and spoken
