Description and responsibilities

As an Inside Sales Executive (m/f/d), you are responsible for attracting new customers to the small and medium business (SMB) sector.
  • Your responsibility is to sell different services - such as Pay per click (PPC) advertising services or employer branding - to SMBs within the DACH region
  • Identifying and addressing decision makers
  • Showing your clients the benefits working with PPC advertisements on a unique platform
  • Establishing and maintaining long-term customer relationships with decision makers via different channels
  • Setting up monthly meetings with your customers

Your profile

Relevant work experience in one of the following areas:
  • Inside sales, B2B sales, account managing
  • Recruiting services
  • Marketing activities, e.g. in online advertising, e-commerce
Further requirements:
  • Sales affinity with Hunter mentality
  • Near native German skills, written and oral
  • Fluency in English
  • Very quick comprehension and communication skills
  • Experience in working with goals
  • Passion to communicate with people in different media
