Description and responsibilities

  • Spearheading coordination and cross-team alignment necessary to ship our client's product, developed across multiple Agile Teams
  • Facilitating regular cross-Delivery-Units synchronization and alignment meetings, bringing together Product Owners
  • Resolving cross-teams impediments and dependencies and making delivery risks transparent
  • Facilitating insider-build quality monitoring, phased roll-out quality monitoring while bringing the right people together to make decisions
  • Providing visibility and status reports to management regarding forecast, risks and delivery status, as well as quality of insider-builds and releases as they get shipped - not being responsible for delivery or quality, but responsible for transparency and timely escalations
  • Coordinating and facilitating with different departments in the company to keep informed about delivery status
  • On parts of release-engineering, which are not automated yet, checking that nothing is missing (check-lists), and consistently working to minimize this part

Your profile

  • Excellent communication skills – you will need to work with different Teams, stakeholders and management
  • Ability to make things happen by applying influence, not authority
  • Hands-on experience with Scrum-like and multi-teams delivery
  • Experience in project management or release-coordination or similar
  • Degree in Computer Science or similar
  • You’re technically savvy and speak English fluently
