Description and responsibilities

  • Keeping contributors accountable for their commitments removing roadblocks to their work, escalating if needed
  • Reporting on global R&D project’s progress status, possible bottlenecks, risks
  • Prioritizing projects according to internal KPIs ensuring alignment with corporate goals (also to C-Level)
  • Enabling an open feedback and communication environment
  • Working closely together with other Team Leads and Directors to drive department-wide collaboration and initiatives

Your profile

  • A university degree in the field of information technology or IT engineering, computer science or equivalent or working experience in respective areas
  • Several years of experience in professional Project Management
  • Run cross-functional projects focusing on regular and timely delivery of assigned projects from concept to implementation
  • Ability to work autonomously, successfully handling remote stakeholder relationships
  • Good MS PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent English
