Description and responsibilities

  • Defining the marketing, positioning, messaging and communications strategy for our client's remote access & support solutions and features within e.g. IoT or Augmented Reality
  • Leading the development of in-depth collateral for our client’s IT solutions
  • Planning and conducting market and customer research to gather insights about target persons, buyer needs, and the purchasing decision processes in companies of varying sizes
  • Developing and maintaining competitive comparison and battling cards for a better market positioning
  • Providing market and buyer insights to drive the development of campaign strategies including demand creation and reputation building
  • Owning, developing, and driving all go-to-market activities and programs for our client’s IT solutions, inclusive of blogs, presentation decks, demos, whitepapers, webcasts/videos, and marketing campaign assets
  • Working closely with customers to conduct interviews, developing customer references and case studies for external and internal use
  • Supporting, structuring, and developing international campaigns and campaign assets together with the advertising and demand teams as well as other internal and external stakeholders and agencies
  • Evaluating and recommending event, trade fair, and conference participation strategies
  • Managing the appearance and representing our client’s solutions and the company
  • Working closely with the Product Management and the Corporate Marketing functions (e.g. Brand & Demand, Communications, Operations, etc.)
  • Ensuring high quality and consistency between Product and Marketing design, language, and messaging
  • Serving as an evangelist and subject matter expert to customers, partners, sellers, and analysts on a regular basis presenting to, large and small, internal and external audiences

Your profile

  • Several years of work experience in technology product marketing
  • BA, MBA or any equivalent experience is required
  • Strong communication skills, strong in writing, and enjoyment of marketing activities
  • Enthusiasm for new, innovative, and technical subjects along with an understanding of customer and market requirements, trends, and developments in the IT industry
  • Comfortable in briefing analysts, journalists and other influencers
  • Ability to create documents and presentation materials for demand generation, sales and internal teams
  • Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to interact with technical and business leaders
  • Proven track record for delivering timely, quality and customer-focused results
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages such as German are a plus
  • Eligibility to work in Germany
