Description and responsibilities

  • Managing a portfolio of positions across EMEA including head office and corporate roles in Technology, Product, Finance, Sales and Marketing as well as more niche roles
  • Developing strong working relationships with hiring managers around their hiring needs
  • Taking the role of talent advisory
  • Recommending the most appropriate talent attraction and sourcing strategies to find the best candidates
  • Ensuring smooth and strategically aligned hiring processes in the EMEA region
  • Providing advice and guidance to less experienced TA Partners in the team
  • Bringing the EMEA TA team to the next level by sharing your knowledge and reshaping existing processes
  • Managing agencies and headhunter relationships to ensure key positions are being prioritized and the right candidates are being presented

Your profile

  • Several years experience in a similar role in a corporate, tech or executive search company
  • University degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related field preferred
  • Ability to engage and influence at all levels, including Executive and Senior Leadership
  • Willingness to be hands-on whilst working to a bigger strategy, driving the company to the next level
  • Professional with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Key areas of experience ideally include portfolios in Sales & Marketing, Digital, Corporate and Technology
Ability to prioritize your time effectively in a fast-paced environment whilst staying focused on the finer details
  • Solid knowledge of recruiting systems and processes including HRIS and ATS
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, German is a plus
