Our client is a major innovative company, operating in the HR Tech sector. Their software tools bring a global solution for recruitment issues for other companies everywhere. They have 14 offices spread all over Europe and for their office in Paris they are currently looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive (m/f/d) with German to expand their business on the DACH market.

Description and responsibilities

  • Generating new business within Germany out of a closed portfolio of prospects
  • Being in charge of the full sales cycle (from cold calling to closing)
  • Generating and managing a pipeline of opportunities
  • Creating a fruitful relationship with clients and identifying new selling opportunities
  • Travelling up to 25% of your time is required

Your profile

  • Several years of experience within sales
  • First successful experience in prospection, cold calling, business development and/ or customer acquisition
  • Tenacious, open minded and willing to learn
  • Very good language skills in German, writing and speaking
  • Fluency in English, writing and speaking
  • Previous experience within the recruitment or software industry is a plus
  • Self-awareness and listening skills

If you know some basics of French and you want to acquire new skills, that is a plus!
