Our client is an internationally operating company with headquarter in Ulm in the south of Germany. For their strategic market in Germany, Austria and Switzerland we are looking for an Inside Sales Executive (m/f/d) with German who is interested in pursuing a career in international B2B machine manufacturing in the field of digital printing in combination with sales.

Description and responsibilities

  • Approaching potential new customers in the DACH-area on behalf of our client, communicating via telephone (proactive outbound and inbound calling) and e-mail
  • Being in regular contact with high-ranking decision-makers, such as Production Managers, Plant Managers and / or Owners / Managing Directors and you are highly empowered with full sales management responsibilities in this position
  • Listening and understanding the customers' businesses, requirements and needs, the elaboration of offers regarding smaller machines and spare parts as well as for the offer follow-up process until the contract is closed
  • Your goal is to rethink the current sales approaches, to find and implement new solutions if necessary: collecting and evaluating project-relevant information, building long-lasting business relationships, evaluating the most important purchase decision criteria
  • Working very closely with a wider team of our client, based on common territory and customer management tasks as well as sales objectives
  • Using SAP and a CRM system to manage your work and all customer management and sales activities to ensure effective and efficient operations

This is a fulltime position 40h / week from Monday - Friday.

Your profile

  • Ideally you are a recent graduate or a 2nd jobber with sales experience and you genuinely feel that you have what it takes to make it as a top Inside Sales Executive (m/f/d)
  • Near-native communication skills in German, written and verbally and professional English language skills
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • High quality interpersonal skills
  • Strong work ethic and “can do” attitude, based on razor-sharp focus on achieving the business objective
  • Strong general business and commercial "intellect", and the right instinct to do the right thing in any given instance, ask the right questions and to leverage this accordingly
