Our client is a leader in precision dispensing, fluid management, and related technologies operating in 30 countries. They are located in Maastricht, the Netherlands, and they are looking for an HR Specialist (m/f/d) with German, who will be a part of the Global Business Services HR Services team.

Description and responsibilities

  • Coordinating incoming and outgoing employee administration
  • Taking care of employee issues/inquiries on benefits, HR policies, compensation, leave of absence administration etc.
  • Training inquiries and tuition reimbursement
  • Providing first-line support to employees, managers, and other customers
  • Answering and processing day to day HR and benefits-related inquiries
  • Creating legal documents, e.g. employment contracts
  • Taking part in pre-employment activities
  • Taking care of general payroll inquiries
  • Generating HR-related reports

Your profile

  • A few years of experience in Human Resources
  • Very good knowledge of the German labour law
  • Experience with employee administration, absence, vacation administration etc.
  • General knowledge of HR policies, processes, practices and payroll inquiries
  • Excellent knowledge of German (C2)
  • Fluent English (C1)
  • Energetic, independent, and flexible personality
