Our client is a leader in precision dispensing, fluid management and related technologies operating in 30 countries.
The HR Specialist (m/f/d) will be part of the Global Business Services HR Services team, providing first line support to employees, managers and other customers, answering/processing day to day HR and benefits related inquiries and transactions received through various channels (including telephone, email and webchat) with a strong focus on excellent customer service.

Description and responsibilities

  • Legal document creation, e.g. employment contracts
  • Pre-employment activities
  • Coordinating incoming and outgoing employee administration
  • Taking care of employee issues/inquiries on benefits, HR policies, compensation, leave of absence administration etc.
  • Training inquiries and tuition reimbursement
  • General payroll inquiries
  • Generation of HR related reports

Your profile

  • 4+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • Very good knowledge of the German labour law
  • Experience with employee administration, absence and vacation administration etc.
  • General knowledge of HR policies, processes practices and payroll inquiries
  • Near native knowledge of German, fluent English (advanced Dutch is a big advantage)
  • Energetic, independent and flexible personality
