Description and responsibilities

  • Growing the pipeline for our client by developing the marketing plan in alignment with the strategy
  • Doing impactful, highly targeted marketing activities that meet our client’s ambitious growth targets
  • Constantly being in contact and communicating with the key stakeholders
  • Developing and articulating high-quality, full-funnel marketing and creative strategies, along with performance measurements
  • Actively contributing to the development of strategic marketing initiatives to expand our clients market share and adoption of our client’s solution portfolio across EMEA
  • Collaborating with cross-functional marketing teams (Content, Operations, Performance, Event) to get campaigns executed
  • Ensuring the delivery of all assets and proper implementation to campaigns
  • Defining and creating the key messaging, targeting, and briefings for campaign execution, including the appropriate lead nurturing
  • Collaborating with our client’s marketing channel owners to implement highly targeted and effective campaigns, with a key focus on ABM marketing
  • Leading with influence in a matrixed company
  • Working with internal partners to achieve shared goals

Your profile

  • Several years of professional experience in demand generation for a technology organization
  • A few years of experience with account-based marketing in EMEA region
  • Experience in enterprise marketing in a B2B subscription-based environment
  • Advanced and experienced in planning and executing enterprise marketing campaigns online as well as offline in the EMEA region
  • Creative problem-solving skills and fundamental marketing knowledge combined with a highly data-driven approach
  • Ability to think strategically as well as tactically, be very well organized, and fast in execution
  • Ability to translate value propositions into targeted messaging and content to drive results across segment and channel mix
  • Data-driven mindset about implementing campaigns, leveraging customer segmentation, programmatic buying, retargeting and attribution analytics to optimize digital investments
  • Demonstrable ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where you must manage multiple projects to meet deadlines
  • Experience in creating efficient processes and demonstrating a good understanding of pipeline management and metrics
  • Fluency in English (C1) is mandatory, further languages such as German are a plus
  • Eligibility to work in Germany
