Our customer is an international company from the insurance industry. More than 100 employees from various countries are employed at their headquarters in Berlin. In order to further expand their business and continue to guarantee excellent customer care, they are now looking for a Customer Support Representative (m/f/d) with Dutch in Berlin.

Description and responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative (m/f/d), you ensure that our client's customers are completely satisfied. You are the first point of contact for customers and offer excellent service.

  • Taking care of Dutch-speaking customers
  • Supporting the claim management
  • Identifying the requests of customers and finding solutions for them
  • Documenting all support cases

Your profile

  • Completed formal commercial education or comparable qualification
  • Relevant work experience in customer care
  • Perfect communication skills
  • Highly service- and customer-oriented mind-set
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, German is a plus
