Description and responsibilities

  • As a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) you are responsible for handling questions and complaints from consumers with the aim of achieving high customer satisfaction in our client's premium and luxury segment
  • Implementation of Lead Management & Sales Support contact channels: telephone, postal, e-mail, fax, web and social media interactions
  • Personal responsibility for case processing - either through the use of resources (e.g. FAQ) or through communication with other parties in the company
  • Taking responsibility for the further development of upselling during the use phase
  • Support for customers who contact the Customer Relationship Center with a purchase / usage request
  • Lead generation and delegation management and follow-up

Your profile

  • Completed commercial training or study
  • Good knowledge of French and English, spoken and written
  • Multiple years of experience in customer service
  • Already gathered experience at the dealer is an advantage
  • Very high service orientation and “love for the customer”
