Our client is a well-known company operating in the design, manufacture, and worldwide sales of innovative noninvasive patient monitoring solutions. The key to their success is having modern, competitive products and a motivated workforce that offers innovative solutions to enhance patient outcomes and minimize the cost of care. At the moment they are looking for a Customer Care Associate (m/f/d) for their team in Amsterdam.

Description and responsibilities

  • Completing first level troubleshooting with customers
  • Promptly reporting all field failures and customer complaints per our client's Quality System
  • Following-up on out-warranty devices repair fee
  • Following-up on repair/replacement of defective material
  • Verifying that products returned match products listed on return merchandise authorization (RMA)
  • Processing returned products through company system: creating sale order, receiving and transferring product to service Dept. etc.
  • Entering service order for service department
  • Inspecting, repacking, restocking unused products
  • Ability to work with biohazard products
  • Compiling data and generating requested reports
  • Maintaining regular attendance in accordance with current position needs and department expectations, as defined by divisional executive management
  • Performing all other duties as assigned or required

Your profile

  • Previous work experience in customer support, preferably from med-tech/ medical device industry
  • Strong computer skills and successful experience working with spreadsheets, word processors, and database programs;
  • Experience in using ERP systems for receiving RMAs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Self-starter, "hands-on" individual who enjoys challenges and is dedicated to getting the job done with minimal support and direction
  • Strong results orientation, positive "can do" attitude, and a sense of urgency to get things done
  • Flexibility in reacting to new situations and adaptability for working in a new environment
  • Team player and able to ‘change gears’ to accomplish goals
  • Experience in packing and shipping activities
