For their team in Cork, they are currently looking for a Clinical Trial Site Activation Assistant (m/f/d) with Romanian.

Description and responsibilities

  • Initiating investigator site activities, including collection and submission of regulatory documents, customization and negotiation of informed consent documents
  • Communicating and negotiating budgets with site personnel and internal teams and negotiate and obtain fully-executed contract
  • Tracking and ensuring site compliance to required training, and effectively drive timelines aligned with company priorities
  • Communicating directly with sites to enable start-up and maintaining an active collaboration with sites during maintenance and close-out
  • Ensuring country-specific regulatory and data privacy requirements are incorporated into submission documents and any other documents/ systems
  • Leveraging previous site/ review board engagements to efficiently drive new work
  • Populating internal systems to ensure accuracy of trial/ site performance
  • Understanding and complying with procurements, legal and financial requirements and procedures
  • Populating trial master files and libraries for future reference
  • Providing feedback and shared learning for continuous improvement
  • Leveraging trial prioritization

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in a scientific or health-related field
  • 1-2 years experience in a related administrative role
  • Excellent language skills in Romanian
  • Fluency in English
  • Understanding of the overall clinical development paradigm and the importance of efficient site initiation
  • Applied knowledge of project management processes and skills
  • Appreciation of a compliance-driven environment
  • Ability to learn and comply with financial and legal guidelines and policies (budget and contract)
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-management and organizational skills
