Our client is a well-known company operating in the design, manufacture, worldwide sales and marketing of innovative noninvasive monitoring solutions. The key to their success is a modern competitive product and a motivated workforce that offer innovative solutions to enhance patient outcomes and minimize the cost of care. At the moment they are looking for a Clinical Specialist (m/f/d) for the north of the Netherlands.

Description and responsibilities

  • Being an expert in pulse oximetry and pulse CO-Oximetry as well as being an authority on the clinical impact of various patient monitoring solutions
  • Responsibility for educating customers on products and solutions
  • Working with the field in developing research accounts and conducting and following-up on clinical evaluations involving our client’s technology
  • Training new and potential users
  • Being part of a professional team and partnering with the efforts of distributors in the region to advance sales and market penetration of products and solutions
  • Partnering with appropriate OEM sales staffs and our client’s partner companies in providing key clinical education and support for key account whole-house conversions
  • Participating in programs to build and maintain end-user awareness (e.g., trade show, regional symposium, competitive analysis, etc.)
  • Maintaining thorough product knowledge including ability to demonstrate products, position products vs. competitive products, training of existing partner sales force and in-service end-users

Your profile

  • Nurse diploma and several years of experience in direct critical care, NICU, PICU, O.R, ED(Neonatal and Pediatrics highly advantageous)
  • Prior sales/clinical support experience and ability to transfer knowledge
  • Excellent and effective Dutch (C2) and English (C1) oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated conceptual, analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Direct experience in customer interactions and presentations
  • Advanced software, presentation and project management skills. PowerPoint presentation skills are necessary
  • Direct experience in educating/training in competitive, strategy-intensive markets within the hospital and/or other healthcare markets
  • Ability to be an integral part of an innovative, fast-paced clinical & business development team
  • Ability and willingness to extensive travel throughout your territory
  • Demonstrated self-starter; a "hands-on" individual who enjoys challenges and is dedicated to getting the job done with minimal support and direction
