Description and responsibilities
- Conducting and participating in the full recruitment cycle for openings in the company which includes;
- Assessing hiring needs and creating appropriate job descriptions
- Posting job ads on various platforms and screening applications/resumes
- Sourcing candidates on LinkedIn, XING
- Conducting pre-screening interviews
- Scheduling interviews on-site and on MS Teams
- Organizing a candidate review meeting with interview panels to select candidates
- Supporting managers on offers
- Building applicant sources by researching on social media and collaborating with agencies, recruiters
- Researching, managing, and optimizing contractual relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and various internet job search websites for posting requisitions
- Creating regular reports on hiring trends, turnover rates, candidate feedback, and so on, and making recommendations to HR staff and/or senior management as needed
- Actively seeking sources and maintaining current knowledge of recruiting issues and labor market trends, related analytics jobs in the applicant tracking system, ensuring all applicants are moved correctly
- Meeting departmental metrics and objectives
- Helping with the development and implementation of necessary training
- Assisting other HR activities projects where needed
- During peak hours or as needed, providing additional assistance with internal customer inquiries and requests
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related degree
- Good written and verbal communication skills in German and English. Knowledge of another European language is a plus
- Few years of experience in recruitment within European countries including sourcing candidates directly
- Experience working with staffing tools such as applicant tracking software, HRIS systems, electronic job boards, social media, and sourcing on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, XING
- Time management skills with the ability to manage and coordinate multiple recruitment activities simultaneously
- Flexible and able to adapt to changes and conduct business differently
- Ability to take the initiative to share and update information in a timely manner
- Excellent customer focus, passion, and high energy
- Strong detail orientation with a focus on data quality
- Excellent process orientation with a focus on efficiency while keeping the customer experience in mind
