We are looking for a Marketo Administrator (m/f/d), who would like to work in an international team and in a rapidly growing environment in which no year is like the other!

Description and responsibilities

  • Managing administration and expanded use of Marketo as the marketing automation platform
  • Ensuring a successful configuration, implementation, and maintenance of all marketing programs within Marketo
  • Working with the Director of Marketing Technology to target content for email nurturing and programs that move leads through the buying process
  • Establishing lead scoring methodologies and intelligence programs used to help sales prioritize activities
  • Developing campaign landing pages and conducting A/B tests to improve conversion rates
  • Tracking and measuring marketing campaign ROI, attribution and sales effectiveness
  • Creating sales and marketing KPI dashboards, and other reports for executive review
  • Working with outside marketing agencies, CRM administrators, and internal marketing stakeholders to ensure data is clean, campaigns are executed on time, and marketing metrics are reported accurately
  • Collaborating closely with all marketing functional teams, sales operations, IT and our clients Executive Leadership

Your profile

  • Full fluency in English is mandatory, further languages are seen as a plus
  • University degree in a relatable field
  • Marketo certified or several years of experience in front-back Marketo Administration
  • Advanced experience with developing and maintaining Marketo integration with CRM (Microsoft Dynamics would be advantageous)
  • Basic experience with HTML, CSS, jQuery, and JavaScript
  • Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools. Tableau or similar is a nice-to-have
  • Marketing operations experience as it relates to email nurturing, funnel optimization, and database management
  • Deep understanding of marketing metrics and analytics, proactive in analyzing performance and making improvements
  • Eligible to work in the EU
