Our client is a leader in precision dispensing, fluid management, and related technologies operating in 30 countries. The company is located in Maastricht, the Netherlands. The company is looking for an HR Supervisor (m/f/d) to join the EMEA HR Services team in Maastricht.

Description and responsibilities

  • Managing a team of HR professionals located in the Netherlands - Maastricht and at large production facilities in Germany, the UK, Ireland, and Israel
  • Overseeing the daily delivery and execution of HR services and/or processes in collaboration with functional specialists and other stakeholders in order to meet the needs of the internal customers
  • Analyzing, prioritizing, and assigning incoming tasks as needed, as well as managing backup support
  • Monitoring, addressing, and handling team escalations, determining appropriate escalation path, and ensuring timely response
  • Ensuring the team provides the highest level of Customer Service by monitoring and assessing team performance through customer feedback, quality assurance audits and other measures, identifying gaps and managing performance, providing coaching and training as required for team members
  • Leading /supporting additional training as needed, such as for changes in policy, processes, service scope, program and system updates, and so on
  • Handling a modified caseload or escalated cases, as well as managing client relationships on a daily basis, translating the customer's needs in an agile manner
  • Monitoring performance with status reports, dashboards, and metrics, and driving performance to KPIs and agreed-upon service levels; analyzing and presenting performance trends, as well as other relevant reports, to management for review
  • Supporting the development and implementation of HR programs and projects, for instance, by extracting and providing data and reports for analysis, providing input on processes, and/or assisting in program communication
  • Identifying, recommending and implementing improvements proactively on processes, procedures and system functionality as part of efforts on Continuous Improvement
  • Identifying and driving personal development within the team, supporting and strengthening the team

Your profile

  • BSc in Human Resources
  • Several years of experience supervising a team is required
  • Business fluent English both written and spoken. Knowledge of German is also preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint and ability to research, compile and clearly present information and data
  • Excellent customer focus, including empathy, compassion, and service orientation
  • Passionate and high energy, which can help in selling customers on the future vision
  • Strong attention to detail and a focus on data quality
  • Flexibility and adaptability, including a willingness to change and a willingness to conduct business in new directions
