Our client is a leader in precision dispensing, fluid management, and related technologies operating in 30 countries. The company is located in Maastricht, the Netherlands. To improve their customer service team the company is looking for a Customer Service Employee (m/f/d) with Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian or Danish) written and spoken. Also, verbal skills in English.

Description and responsibilities

  • Entering quotes and orders in SAP
  • First contact with customers
  • Informing the customers about the status of orders
  • Handling warranty, return and credit requests
  • Handling complaints (invoices, deliveries, etc)
  • Taking care of  internal requests and all other incoming requests
  • Proactive order follow up

Your profile

  • Danish, Swedish or Norwegian language skills are required (writing and verbal) and verbal skills in English
    Minimum MBO+ - degree (commercial or logistics)
  • General knowledge of business and work processes (supply chain)
  • Relevant experience in a customer service-related environment or a business environment is highly desired
  • Computer literate (advanced knowledge of MS-Office)
  • SAP and Material Resource Planning (MRP) system knowledge
