We are looking for a Conversion Optimization Manager (m/f/d), who is driven and excited about data-insights and love to question every assumption and chooses an experiment over a Gut Feeling

The contract location would be Stuttgart Area, Karlsruhe, Bremen, Berlin or Munich. Hybrid working model up to 60% home office from Germany. Additionally, our client offers a work-from-abroad program allowing up to 40 working days abroad.

Description and responsibilities

  • Responsible for our customer's website and landing pages to ensure they drive incremental revenue
  • Creating compelling landing pages with killer user experiences to accelerate the conversion rate
  • Developing personalization campaigns that lead to a high conversion rate on the site
  • Developing website roadmap and website/landing page release schedules.
  • Writing and editing compelling page copy that attracts organic traffic to the website or landing page.
  • Analyzing website & landing page performance, providing regular reporting and insights and finding ways to improve conversion rate.
  • Developing, implementing, and analyzing A/B split and multivariate testing scenarios for landing pages and popular content pages on the website(s).
  • Recommending actions to maximize clicks, conversions, and lead generation efforts from paid and earned media channels.
  • Collaborating with UX designer to develop seamless UX pages
  • Using data to drive strategy and action plans
  • Providing weekly/monthly/quarterly reports and insights to management about visitor and prospect behaviour (to optimize lead conversion)

Your profile

  • Fluency in English, and German is a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or a related field
  • Advanced knowledge in Google Optimize and AdobeTarget, Tableau will be considered as a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of eCommerce and customer journeys (preferably within the software industry)
  • Analytical mindset
