Our client's all-in-one spend management solution boosts team productivity and collaboration, giving organizations visibility and power. It frees up valuable time for the finance team and everyone else to focus on strategic issues that drive business growth. Our client is originally founded in France and they are currently on the path to take over global markets as they are already established all around Europe and the US.
This time, our client is looking for a Business Development Representative (m/f/d) to attend at this fast-growing and ever-changing multinational Fintech.

Description and responsibilities

  • Pursuing both individual and team sales goals by delivering business value to our client's clients
  • Working with our client's Sourcing and Business Development team to identify and research relevant sales targets (verticals, customer segments, etc) in DACH markets
  • Making outbound prospecting campaigns (emails, hot calls, video-mails, social selling, events) to generate leads
  • Understanding customer needs and buying cycle to gather key prospect information, generating interest and consulting to create successful customers
  • Being the eyes and ears of our client on the market
  • Being in the frontline, your inputs are critical to growing our client to the next level
  • Sharing your best practices and benefitting from the ones of your colleagues

Your profile

  • Business fluent German (C2) and fluent English (C1), both spoken and written
  • First experience in the sales field, preferably in B2B
  • To be interested in pitching, calling & negotiating/consulting to deliver great value to our clients
  • Ability to work and deliver impactful results in a dynamic environment
  • Passion for SaaS, Tech, Fintech and continual learning
