Our client is an internationally operating company with headquarters in Ulm in the south of Germany. For their project in the provision of industrial solutions for the processing of basic foodstuffs and the production of high-quality foodstuffs, we are looking for an Inside Sales Executive (m/f/d) for the US-market who is interested in pursuing a career in international sales and moving to/living in Ulm, starting ASAP.

Beschreibung und Aufgaben

  • Your primary target market is the US market
  • The role involves both hunting and farming inside sales campaigns
  • You will be responsible for running several different products/services related campaigns. Each campaign has typically 3 core objectives: individual revenue target, pipeline target, and an account coverage target. These targets are tracked systematically on a real-time basis
  • You will use CRM tools and different outbound telephone techniques for cold calling and account management
  • You will as well use other digital sales techniques (email, LinkedIn, video conferencing, online fairs/events, and blog posting)
  • The primary accountability for this role is to find and qualify new sales opportunities
  • You will work closely with several client field sales managers across the different business units. The field sales managers have accountability for pricing, negotiating, and closing deals
  • You are responsible for finding, nurturing, and qualifying the opportunity and once the opportunity is presented to the field sales manager for timely follow-up, you continue to support and co-operate with your opportunity until it is won
  • You will report to the Client Project Manager and your primary working place will be in Ulm, Germany
  • The role is based on a 40 hours week, Monday-Friday working in the US time zone from 1 pm/2 pm – 10 pm/11 pm
  • Due to the current situation (Covid19), you need to be disciplined to work partly remotely (2 days/week at the office in Ulm, 3 days/week from home)

Minimum Job Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills in English (C2), written and spoken
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Some experience or transferable skill from a previous role related to a sales, marketing, or sales support role
  • Experience of working with targets
  • Work experience on the US-market
  • Willingness to move to the Ulm-area
